ABOUT US
The project was established for people with disabilities in 1997 with the aim of providing daycare to people with disabilities and to generate income in order to uplift the standard of living for people with disabilities. The organization is assisting people with disabilities around Reagile to improve their quality of life, to alleviate poverty, and open opportunities for employment within the area.
The organization has been linking people with disabilities with other service providers and stakeholders for assistance for instance the organization has been assisting the Department of Social Development with profiling of assistive device beneficiaries. The organization has thirteen people with disabilities and two able-bodied people who are involved with sewing, gardening, and shoe repair. The organization donates the tracksuits that were rejected by the customers to the deserving children at the local schools. The organization also assists with the identification (database) of people with disabilities and refers them accordingly for assistance.
Currently, there are 21members who are physically challenged and the project provides skills development to people with disabilities for Garment making (designing of clothes), shoe repairing, and food security (maintaining the vegetable garden and seedling production. There are also volunteers who assist in the project by maintaining the backyard vegetable, cook, Groundsman, project manager, and a social worker

We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.

To have improved entrepreneurial skills such as garments making and shoe repairing and provide sustainable employment or unemployed youth, men, women, and people with disabilities in Reagile and neighboring villages

To eradicate poverty and create employment opportunities for unemployed youth. Promote the active participation of people with disabilities
